Ordered on 9/2 and scheduled for production email received received 9/9, shipped 11/18, arrived at dealer 12/18, took possession on 12/23. Only a couple drives so far and really happy with it.

Big shout out to my dealer Fred Grande Ford in Richmond. My sales guy Cody was great! No hard up sell tactics, no added costs, no doc fees, accepted x plan. Smaller dealership with great customer experience.

Nice truck! That was a fast transaction from order to build and delivery. I ordered a HPR Lariat FX4, 4K tow pkg, co-pilot 360, spray in bed liner and soft tonneau on 6/28 and it was just built on 12/23 with an estimated delivery of 1/16 to 1/23/22.

Looks great, neighbor! I'm picking up my Hybrid XLT from Fred Grande next week. They are honoring X-Plan, student discount, price/incentive protection, and have been promising for the past 10 months, especially after reading the nightmares other buyers are going through at their dealership. I'm excited to finally drive it off the lot. It looks like they prepared it nicely. Anything I should be aware of walking in? Congrats on the truck!

I financed through my bank so there wasn’t much to the process. I just needed a purchase agreement which matched what we agreed on when I ordered for my bank to send them a check. I turned down any additional offers and drove away.
