I bookmarked this one. Probably the best looking implementation I've seen. I love the little window on the front, for some reason.

See my pics and posts for a similar mid rise FH cap from Jason mfg. I had it installed with options of carpeted inside and slide fold down front window for $2800 including tax and Install. S-cargo out of Loveland Colorado did mine

I have not seen an update to this thread. I have an A.R.E MX pre-order placed through a dealer in southern California. They contacted A.R.E. for me and A.R.E informed my dealer that they were not taking orders yet.
Here is what I was quoted:
ARE MX Shell for Maverick $2575
OTR Black Paint $479 (my Maverick is Shadow Black with the Black Appearance Package)
Front tilt-down picture window $110
Dark headliner $150
Roof tracks only $230
2 lock rear door $30
Side sliding windows
No interior lights
Labor $90
Total = $3664 installed and before CA taxes
I will post pictures as soon as it is installed. They won't give me a lead time or delivery estimate since it is a pre-order.
@William Tell I tried to order a Jordan top since I think it looks great. Yet, none of the dealers listed on their site in my area carry Jordan anymore. I heard good things about their products and bad things about their support.

My quote didn't have an up-charge for paint. Here is what was listed. Is this the wrong paint? I too have shadow black truck paint color.

No charge to match the truck's paint color.
My order has an additional charge because I went with OTR -- OTR is similar to the spray in bedliner or Line-X.

Since the Mav is a uni-body, why not extend the cap over the top of the cab a foot or two?

I ended up just ordering a V-series with the OTR coating. Windoors, inside light with prop switch, and front slider.
Will post it when it arrives! Not sure if the OTR will look good on a white truck but at least everyone else can avoid the mistake if it's terrible!

It doesn't make a difference at this point since I left a deposit to have the MX built for me as soon as available.
I am looking forward to @aspect updating this thread with their A.R.E V-series with the OTR since I was undecided between this and having it painted to match.
How is the top so far? Still like it? It does look great.

Trying to decide which MAVERICK lettering to buy and which color.. Silver? Chrome? or Stainless Steel Letters? to blend in my Shadow black truck with the Carbonized Gray topper. I really, really like it..and love the height of the glass door opening to not hit my eyes for this 6'-3" guy. Visibility is much better than hoped for also.
I'm going to try and get a few more pictures and a short video of the connection gap to the back of the cap and of the inside finish.
Stumbled on this photo today, looks like the MX but I thought it hasn’t been released yet.
