I have a 2024 Mav - Hybrid. I had an A.R.E. canopy installed last summer and noticed in the fall when the rainy season set in that it was leaking near the front corners. I determined that it was leaking through the fiberglass due to a manufacturing defect. The canopy dealer was great to work with and I got the canopy replaced with a new one. (Having a video of the leakage helped my case)

Now, on the replacement canopy, I am still getting some leakage in the same general area, but it seems to be a result of water coming in between the bed molding and the canopy or between the body and the molding. It doesn't seem to be through the fiberglass as the fabric liner isn't showing signs of moisture.

The canopy dealer hasn't had much luck with this style of pickup (Mavericks, Honda Ridgeline, & similar). Does anyone know where the problem is and how to solve the leak issue?

With no gap between the bed and the cab for water to drain away, Water just kind of gets trapped between the canopy and the cab, on top of the front rail. It seems like most of the foam tape seals that they normally use with canopies will eventually allow water to soak through
