Applying permit sticker on windshield without adhesive sticking / residue?

Looking for a good way to put a permit on windshield without sticking it with its adhesive.

Just one time? Or something long term? If just one time/only for a day or two, get the front of it wet and slap it on the glass. It should stick at least until it dries completely.

You can try a soapy solution and squeegee it down just as window tint film is applied. Good luck.

Go to the craft store and look for some clear static cling. Put your sticker on that and then to your window!

Thanks for the ideas it’s a yearly permit, so a new sticker every year. I’ll try the clear static cling or the painters tape. Temporarily I am using that clear plastic that was over the information screen when I got the truck.

I have used Sticker Shield (you can find them on Amazon), it’s a vinyl cling that you can stick the permit to and they work perfect.
