I received my LOBO order confirmation from Ford on 8/13. Has anyone heard anything on LOBO orders?

Thanks,
Greg

Lobos will not get a build date any sooner than February. It's weird to me that they opened orders right away for the Lobo 702A (lariat-based) and just 2 weeks ago for the Lobo 402A (somewhat xlt-based), but neither will get scheduled until Job 2 production starts which is expected to be February.

Not at all weird. Either way they knew that they wouldn't be starting production until February for whatever reason. They just opened the higher-margin trim orders first.

It's actually possible that a 402A could get scheduled the first week of Job 2 production, just like a 702A. All it would take is a dealership not having any 702A or other high-value orders in their order bank, and a 402A order.

Of course it makes sense for Ford to hope people ordered the 702A and stick with that, rather than the lower-cost (and surely lower margin) 402A.
