Apparently if you have a Hybrid you should receive one otherwise not. I had to keep going to my dealer and the parts department asking about the box for my hybrid and a friends hybrid. I got a copy of the letter from Ford about the packages and show that to the parts department which apparently got things moving. I found a letter in a thread on this forum so you can search for it. After several weeks they found the boxes in the parts department and nobody knew what they were for since there were no VINS on them.
