Any Word on Maverick Freebies?

I waited almost 14 months for my 22 hybrid. When it came there was a box of accessories the dealer gave me. It included storage separators for under the rear seat, a dual cup holder, a small waste can and a cord wrap device- all those fit into the socket on the back of the console in the rear cabin. Did also get the Yeti water bottle for the airbag recall. Unfortunately the Yeti design is too large in diameter to fit into the door panel recess.

When I got the fold-able top installed on the bed at the dealer they gave me a custom dealer t-shirt, now, people keep asking if I work there! I know you're laughing...but at least it was something!

I didn't want to foldable tonneau that came on my 2025 XLT but the dealer would not remove it. He even chuckled when I said, "OK. Don't remove it. Just remove the $600 from my bill." Apparently, they can't "modify" the window sticker. I bet they could if no one wanted to buy that model of Ford. ;-)

I bought my Maverick back on Black Friday of last year and of course the backup camera stop sale held up me actually being able to take delivery until last week. The dealer manager told me he expected Ford would want to give some freebies to people who waited for so long due to the recall to help make it right. Has anyone heard anything about what they’re planning to do if anything?

I got my airbag recall completed a while back and I received a free Yeti.

Apparently, they can't "modify" the window sticker.

But they can add "remove trifold tonneau, $500" to the dealer sticker . . .
