Happy to hear it does well. I will have the FX4 set up as well so working with same tires. My main concern is winter driving on 70 to go riding. Those roads get nuts in the winter especially because I leave around 4:30am and often aren't plowed as much as I would like. Its really just past the tunnel going to copper and going up the pass to winter park I'm worried about. My escape does just fine on these now so not sure why I got myself worked up about if the truck can handle it well too.
Yeah it’s pretty much the same as the Escape (and Bronco Sport) with the unibody design. I tell people imagine a Ford Escape with a open truck bed. Not sure if you have drive modes, but Slippery does help with throttle, but the only knock I have is that you can’t select gears, and can only put in in L on steep grades like Winter Park or A-Basin.

Still awaiting my order but been buying my add ons while I wait. One thing I was wondering was is there any way to cover or replace the orange accents? I already plan to get seat covers with my ford pass rewards so covers the seat stitching. What about the other orange parts? Nothing wrong with orange just not my color. Would love to replace with maybe a dark purple or even black. Any suggestions or people out there that have modified their accents?
I ordered black from real truck.com

Thank you! Will have to do a search on this soon.
Did you find different trays? I’m receiving an XL Maverick on Thursday with black trays and would LOVE to swap for orange!

You could get car wrap Vinyl and cover the orange bits on the vents
Or, less expensive, pinstriping tape. Lots of colors available.

And I have a new Hybrid XLT Luxury and would like to swap my perfect removable console orange pieces for black. I ship mine, you ship yours, we both win....

I have a Lariat coming hopefully, so no orange, but will probably take mine out and glue fabric to them. Spray 77 and patience will allow you to put fabric, felt or my preference, velour. Lots of color choices, and soft feel with less rattles. Might not be solution for door handles, but Scotch Guard may help wearing if you try handle covering.
