Is there a way to delete that from an XLT build? I don't like how it looks and don't see a need for it if the truck has a key fob that will lock/unlock the doors. Also, can you get the inverter in the bed instead of back seat without the lux package?

There are locations and wiring compatible with installing your own inverter in the bed.

You can also delete anything you want with an angle grinder, welder, and a good paint job.

Seriously Ford is literally describing this truck as a makerspace (at least 2 Ford produced videos have both made that claim on Fords YouTube channel)

Heck they even embedded QR code’s into the bed to advertise maker projects on an Ford page.
