I have spoken and chatted with Ford. My order is "clean and unscheduled" according to both. Nothing shows up on my Ford account as being ordered/reserved.
I have an existing vehicle in FordPass and my Mav order doesnāt show up in my account home page or in the orders,reservations area. I also chatted with CS today and specifically asked why it doesnāt show in my account and got the same āin order processingā BS and no mention of the FordPass question. Itās like talking to robots. Iāve never received an email from Ford regarding my order and the dealer has varified that my contact info is correct so nothing more I can do but wait for the dealer to contact me or keep pestering the Ford CS people. Really a piss poor process.
