Background:
I ordered 3 Hybrid Mavs in Sept 2022 (no deposit, no commitment, dealer suggested multiples might increase chance of being built, and if multiples came in, dealer suggested I could refuse, oe even buy and turn right around and sell it back to them at a profit).
They never got built, and I ordered 2 rollover Hybrid Mavs in July 2023, and got the confirmation from Ford with the rollover priority code. Never did get the Persona Price Protection thing...
Well, In Aug of 2023, my dealer had a customer refusal for a 2023 with almost the EXACT build details I wanted (even Area 51, which was discontinued in MY24, but added CoP360, which I didn't want. Turns out I like it) at MSRP, so I jumped on it.
Well, the two MY24 rollover trucks I ordered are in. It seems the market for these have cooled down a lot and the flip opportunities have passed.
Other than a reset on my warranty, is there any reason to trade in for a second choice color and no 360?
