Has anybody who ordered a MY23 gotten a build date or a VIN yet? Especially hybrid XLT
Nope. My 2022 MY Hybrid XLT (ordered in Oct. 2022) was rolled over to a MY 2023. Still no VIN or build date assigned.

I don't believe they can. That sir was the problem with leaving it up to the dealers.
They were supposed to give rollovers a 10 & 11 and new orders a higher number to give priority to those of us that have already waiting. In my case 14 months so far.

Obviously that didn't happen at all dealers so someone that just placed their first order in September 2022 will have the same priority as someone that has been waiting since last year.

Goods for you bad for us. One more blemish to add to our dealer only system.

Still to be seen is how Ford is going to handle those of us with 22 VIN's and build schedules when we get cancelled and we too have to move to a 23.
Don’t you think that since the information regarding having to rollover or create a new order for us my22’s with VIN’s came out After the my23 ordering started that dealers may have put the new my23 orders in at priority 10 just as normal business. Now Ford has to go in for anyone with a my22 order with vin to ‘fix’ the issue? I’m assuming (probably way wrong to assume and trust me I’m hoping I am correct but cautious) Ford will have some sense (I know Hahahah cuz they’ve screwed everything up to this point up) about how they do this next step for my22’s with VIN’s. Let’s hope.

At least I have my 22 MAV. She'll be for sale when the new one is showing me the shipment date to dealer notice.

They are worth waiting for. Hang in there.

This is my first post / rant

History:
- Ordered over a year ago (area 51 base XLT... couldn't be easier)
- Talked to Ford numerous times, mostly misinformation contradicted by the next rep I spoke to.
- Last call to Ford I was told I should re-order a 2023 (no heads up from Ford or Dealer) Called dealer and realized in a few days I would be screwed.
- Re-ordered 2023 with no bed liner to save time (per dealer)
- Production date now moved way over a year of original order... then moved again.
- Seeing what other customers are saying I think I am looking at 16 months if I even get a Maverick. Just call me Blue Boy... holding my breathe.

My personal opinion (still ranting) is Ford could give a f'ng shiatsu about Maverick early adopters. They stepped on their weenies with the MSRP and now I think they are doing roper-dope to wear people out till they bail.

I know I sound like a Karen but when 60 - 70 days becomes almost 2 years you get a little edgy.

Sincerely, Karen
