Any 22 changed to 23 Hybrid Orders get a build date yet?

Curious if any of you fellow 2022 Hybrid orders (my order date was October 9th 2021) have gotten a build date and or vin number for your new 2023 order. I apologize if there is already a similar thread to this.

Also curious to see if my 17 year old car will last the winter *sigh*

As of right now I don't believe any 22 vins have been officially canceled, and I can still track my order on the shop.ford site. Maybe today when we get our weekly your build date has changed email it will include more details, but I'm going to assume when the change is made the dealers will know and they won't say anything to us directly.

I think it takes 4 to 6 weeks to get through the process of delivery and processing

I received a VIN and build week of 11/28 for my November 15 2021 XL Hybrid order, which the dealer rolled over to a 2023 in mid September.

Nope. My 2022 MY Hybrid XLT was ordered Oct. 14 of last year. It was rolled over to a 2023 MY. But still no assignment of a VIN/production date.

I got a date of 12/22 but no VIN. I don't know what that means and waiting impatiently for them to change it. This was my fifth date. First since I got converted.

Same dealer? That makes no sense at all, dealer could have screwed up priority i suppose, but cant see any other reason.

different dealer. When the order banks first opened my original wouldn’t let me roll it forward because it hadn’t “balanced out” meaning a chance it would be picked up for 2022 production it was so close. Worried order bank would close with me left out I called elsewhere to place an order. Then the original dealer called back a few days later and rolled it. Just shows how awful the order scheduling is in my opinion. Brand new 2023 order before a rolled 2022 same specs just diff dealer.

my new 2023 order did get a priority 10 while my converted 2022 got an 11. But the dealer that converted “assured me that was correct for a conversion and it only affected orders within a dealership but not overall scheduling”

Maybe that’s why though. Trusting nothing at this point from ford or dealers…just glad I have one with a vin.
