Called Ford Corporate Customer Service to talk to a real human being since my fleet sales manager seems not to care about my order. Both the dealer and Ford Corporate gave me a manufacturing date of 10/3 a couple of weeks ago. Called Corporate last Thursday and now the date is 10/24 with no ETA, and no idea on why the additional delays. I did get some useful info. Seems my email is supposed to be included with my order number from the dealer. Fleet Sales Manager totally copped out on what caused the additional delay. " The delays are caused by supply chain shortages on all EV/ Hybrid vehicles." WEAK...
About the email being included in my initial order...it wasn't....dude forgot he copied me when he asked the Sales Manager to add it to my order...in October 2022...my order was placed in early September 2021....
Going to be a SCATHING letter to the President and CEO of Ford after this is complete....
