Yeah.
09/17: scheduled for 11/01
10/25: pushed to 11/08
11/06: pushed to 11/15

I'm willing to bet that all the way until earlymid December it's gonna get pushed a week back every week.
They probably have some issues that won't be explained to the public but we'll just get beat down with these emails.
