Checking in (finally). Delivered (about 10 days ahead of projection) '23 XLT Hybrid Lux. Loving it so far. Will update as I get some good pictures and my list of projects/mods start coming together.

Just picked up my Alto Blue Hybrid XLT BAP this morning after a year long wait!

I've got an 23 XLT, Alto Blue. My lug nuts are black, which I like. But, looking at many of the pictures, it appears that most seem to have chrome lug nuts. Anyone else have black when they got theirs?

I actually just put black covers on them for the moment. I'd have expected Ford to provide black lugnuts for the BAP, but no.

i brought a abandoned order off the lot that just happened to be Alto Blue. that color was'nt high on my list but now i'm in love with it!. i really like the depth of the 'metal flake' look from up close and the apparent depth of the finish in bright sunlight. also i'm in awe of how it 'color shifts' from appearing almost black to a rich dark blue tint depending on lighting conditions.

it really bites my butt that Ford dropped it for '24. i have a '24 ordered in Atlas Blue that i hope i can get used to. IMHO the Alto Blue matches up best with the Lariat blue/brown interior.

since it was a additional cost paint color, i wonder why Ford would drop it as long as the customers were willing to pay extra for it? even if their paint supplier told Ford it would no longer be available, Ford could just pay enough $$ to get them to keep producing that color and then just pass the extra cost along to the customer at a profit like the always do anyway, but i really have NO idea what truly drives decisions like this and other de-contenting Ford implemented on the '24 as opposed to the '23 Mav.
