Anyone in Alabama who's desperate and can't wait, Woody Anderson in Huntsville has two lariats, a red hybrid, and a yellow one (can't remember if it's hybrid or EcoBoost). Both have a 5K ADM, but if you don't want to wait and have deep enough pockets, they're sitting there as of today.

Didn't order it but I drove to Stiver's Ford in Birmingham and bought it right off the lot. Seems that the person that ordered it got tired of waiting and bought something else. Right place, right time. Loving the hybrid's mpg!

I got scheduled last month. It appears my local dealer has a bog standard white EB XL with hitch in stock, but YMMV.

Heh, I bought an Explorer because the Maverick wasn't going to show up before I needed it and I have yet to be able to take the Explorer home due to a stop-delivery recall. So, Maverick could show up first. If Maverick arrives before the fix to my Explorer, I will get the Maverick. IF the Explorer gets fixed first, I'll test drive the Maverick and make my decision then.

Dealership has a pretty long wait-list for those that missed the order window and they don't to ADMs for those. So, if I pass, it'll just make someone else's day.

The GF finally got her 2023 Hybrid tonight.
I took it out for a test drive a little while ago to see what the fuss was about.
It's surprisingly peppy! Though there's no confusing it with the EB. I do notice the droning. But it's not terribly bad. I could live with it.

She likes it a lot! And has already purchased a cover for the bed, that I was volun-

told to install.

This will make the third Maverick in the family. Her's is Atlas Blue.
