Only two A/C vents work?

Hello I was driving home on the highway and randomly two of the four A/C vents stopped blowing air, and the remaining two that works started to blow really hard.

Then, I was messing with the A/C controls and one of the A/C vents that wasn't working, started working again, but one that was working stopped working.

Has anybody had this issue? Thanks!!!
