WOW!!!!!!!!!! I can see it!!!! My only complain about my '23 XLT Hybrid is that the screen is too damned dark to read in daylight (yes- I turned the brightness up to full).

Alpine eh? I'm going shopping!

That's pretty clean for an aftermarket install, but still not enough use/value for me to plop down the money on it.
Its just a flex bro

The stock head unit works great with a DSP, amps, and aftermarket speakers.
Totally true with sync3.

Not really with connected audio. It's really terrible.

I stopped following that thread long ago because it's a mismash of connected audio to Sync3 and a few people trying Sync4, but my impression was that no one was able to get 100% stock functionality out of a Sync4 swap. Telematics I thought was a hard fail, so no FordPass. And I thought people were not getting chimes and other system noises.

I could be wrong.
I have 100% functionality with sync 4 running in my Mav. I was the one working with zacmd to get it working. Only hick up Ive had in over a year was my modem that send telem data to ford froze and the only way to get it to work again was to hook the stock radio back up and re-enable it. took 5 minutes. That was after a year of it working flawlessly

What about updates? Sync4 is over the air only, can't do USB. Are those working?

I like the aftermarket good use of space. Plus, the wireless CarPlay would be a huge upgrade as well as the deletion of the useless cubby hole. Come on Ford you were on a good roll with the Maverick but then went cheap on the infotainment system and stereo.
