Advice? Rock Chip Protection - Toad Vehicle

My Maverick has been built and shipped, who knows when it will arrive. While this will be my primary vehicle, it will also be towed behind our RV. I am worried about rock chips. Any advice? I'm looking at protective film, but I'm also wondering if there are any kind of shields or bras that might work? So, hive mind, what do you do?
