It is not the same "used car" market it was 6-9 months ago. Reselling will likely be counter-productive especially with an EB. Once you pay taxes, you will be lucky to break even in most places. I am guessing that 90% of the folks that ordered a Maverick with the plan to flip it for $5K+ are going to just pass when it comes in. Local stealership that had Mavericks with $5k-$10k ADM and $4k "options" back in the summer currently has one with no ADM and $1k of useless options. I am sure there are still places where a hybrid would command a premium but not so for the EB.

[/QUOTEnever was the plan to buy and resell, but gotcaught "needing" a new vehicle , so i purchased. dont want to give back to dealership, unless i get a premium, haha, unlikely, but on the eb vs. hybrid value ratio,,,i dont think so!

Where did you order it from? If it was Gervais, they have not been selling for over MSRP, so refusing it should be neutral for them. If it's one of the dealers selling over MSRP, I'm sure they'll be happy to give your deposit back. That's probably the cleanest way to go, but you might be able to help someone here get a Maverick sooner.

not gervais,. my price is order price, no uptick, on the ordered mav, tho if i give it up, which, yes they would have no problem return ing dp. then for sure thay will "uptick"
ya maybe i can help out a person in waiting tho im still waiting till feb, build? delivery??
