Kinda glad I bought the Eco 2.0 as I read a lot of negative posts about the hybrid trucks. Sorry for your issues and hope they get resolved soon.

I would have liked the hybrid model for the gas mileage but the 2wd and only 2k towing was a no brainer for me since equipment rental companies and even Home Depot will refuse to hook up almost all of their equipment to the hybrid. 2K towing is pretty dismal for a truck. At 29mpg I can't complain about the Ecoboost which has been trouble free...but it is a 2023 MY so most of the original bugs were already worked out. Gets much better mileage than my old 2013 Escape 2L.
