2025 Maverick XLT Velocity Blue w/ Bronco Outer Banks 18" wheels + Michelin Primacy Tires

I have always liked the OEM Bronco Outer Banks wheel, so this is my 2nd modification on my new 2025 XLT. I think the color combination and the 18-inch wheels work well. They bolt right on, but TPMS sensors need to be reprogramed.

I stand corrected. They look great on your Bronco! I haven't changed the wheel caps as I like the bucking horse better than the generic Ford logo found on the Maverick wheels.

if your wheels have 315mhz tpms which is what the 21-24 bronco sport and 22-24 maverick used, you'll need to either move over your stock tpms sensors or buy new 433mhz.

They are made by Mabett, LED side marker lights. More illumination, can’t be too safe out there.

I think what the OP is saying you have to go through the relearn process, not that they had to swap sensors

so if he had already brought over the stock sensors from his '25 factory wheels they would be working.

if he has the original tpms sensors in those bronco wheels (which is likely because the factory michelin tires are still installed), those sensors are probably 315mhz and if so will not work. there are several threads in this forum talking about the MY25 Maverick now uses 433mhz tpms sensors.

I was not aware of this. This explains why I could not get them to work on my old '24 Mav either. I once had my Ford dealership try to program them for me without luck. Is this something that the big tire stores can do? ie. America's Tire

I thought that might be the case, that's why I decided to reply in case it was helpful.

I would just call around and get quotes. make sure they know that a 2025 Maverick uses 433mhz sensors, that might not be in their system yet.

I just called Discount Tire who quoted me $62 each wheel with labor for the 433 mhz sensors. More than I expected, but what isn't more then we expect these days?

Looks good. It brings me back to our former '23 Bronco Sport Outer Banks. It was a good car overall but we wanted something a little more capable, spacious and longer lasting since those 3-cylinder turbos don't have the best reputation. The B.S. forum would know.

fair, but he did say $62 with labor so that's $23 in labor per wheel.

not unreasonable. for fun, he could call his local Ford dealership for a quote... I bet it's significantly more.
