6 months and haven't heard a thing support group

July 2nd (tried to order in late June but local dealer was unprepared/lacked knowledge of the process). Loaded lariat hybrid.

ZERO, ZILCH, NADA communications from FORD or the dealer.

I work in the communications field and my professional opinion is this is a horrible business model. My consumers’ opinion can’t be printed here.

Same here on communication. I got emails from the dealer so they have my correct info, but never got any confirmation from Ford. I am scared I could get a build date, it could be delivered to the dealer. They never contact me and assume I don't want it and sell it. Does that seem possible?
