I like the truck. It does exactly what we bought it for. We bought it for business purposes to pickup and deliver small loads and pallets when the F350 is way too big. We found we were using the F350 to haul single pallets less than 500 pounds many times. Not very efficient. The 13 MPG F350 was overkill for the job and cost per mile was high. Were getting 25-27 MPG in AWD FX4 Lariat Ecoboost Maverick. I'm happy. I've owned various Ford trucks over the last 43 years F100s thru F350s and Broncos. This truck definitely fills a niche. I'd say it's a truck for non-truck people.

Impressions Plus's
  • Mileage is great 25-27MPG
  • Easy to drive & park. Reminds me of driving a Subaru Outback
  • Quiet interior for a truck
  • Reasonable Cost $38K fully loaded except Moonroof.
  • Heated Seats and Steering Wheel are nice
  • 250HP is plenty (My '88 5.0 Mustang was only 225HP)
  • Transmission shifts smooth and seems to pick the right gear
  • Dealer Sold at Sticker but had to wait 9 months
  • Oil Change is easy and quick to do
  • Adaptive Cruise is nice and works well
  • $500 Farm Bureau Rebate
  • AWD very surefooted on slippery roads
Impressions Minus's
  • Interior Scuffs easily
  • Bed metal is thin and dents easily
  • Synch 3 not great. I have Bronco with Synch 4 so I got spoiled. I'd pay more to the get the features in Synch 4 in the MAVERICK
  • Bluetooth Connection to Phone is sketchy it works but not great
  • Screen could be bigger got spoiled in the Bronco Big Screen
  • Auto Stop sux (I have a module installed to defeat)

All in all very happy with the truck and I'd buy it again. My daughter says she wants to buy it from in a few years and if she does I'll order another one.......

You may want to check if you still need your module for the A.S.S. I was going to buy one but my A.S.S. quit working on something like Day 3 because of the battery being under 70%. Then again, maybe you 5K in 6 months Is enough to keep it running. I've driven 900 miles in almost 4 months

Hopefully, you have a battery tender. It'll pay for itself by increasing the lifetime of the battery.
An almost necessity for modern vehicles if they aren't driven much.

Yeah, I plan on getting a NOCO 5 when I can. I have an older Schumacher 5A tender but I do not dare to use it as I can find zero info on it relating to AGM batteries. In this case, not worth being a cheap skate. :ROFLMAO:

By auto stop do you mean engine auto off when coming to a stop? If so You don't need to purchase a module for this ,just turn it off using console button.
