My Maverick was supposedly built in February along with 591 other ones making a total of 592 Trucks. It is a Lariat with most options except Luxury Package.
I was given an expected delivery date , and BCE Modules were loaded , but no PCM Modules were loaded.
Then , my delivery was cancelled , and absolute silence . Does anyone else in the ' 592 ' group have any of these issues ?

no expected delivery date on mine . along with no emails from ford . my only way to check on status is using the ford tracker with the VIn# that marketing supplied after calling them .

I wonder how many Trucks in that 592 group are still un-delivered ?
Perhaps we are on a ' Chip Hold ' and nobody wants to inform us ?

Oh I guess I'm in this group. Number 18/592. I got my "shipped" email 2/21 with an estimated delivery of 3/18-3/24. My dealer shared a screenshot of the report the other day. Last update in his system was 2/20 and it was in Nogales MX at that point (town right on the border).

After calling customer service, I was informed that my truck would likely NOT arrive by the old estimated delivery date, but that it more than likely will ship by said date of 3/22
I will also add, my modules are active, minus pcm making me wonder if a: missing chip
b: only hybrid needs them,?? Idk

If you were a part of this group I would give it a few more days. I was a part of this production week (although my number was different) and mine shipped on Monday. If you don't see any change in status in the next few days I would assume you have been affected by the chip situation and should sit tight. Don't be alarmed by the removal of the EDD; this is happening to everyone (affected by chip or not).

No problem and you put in in the right place, so don't worry! As for your question of how many are undelivered, I would hazard to say the vast majority have not been delivered yet since shipping takes a few weeks and this group only shipped (at earliest) a week and a half ago. If you meant undelivered in regards to delivering it to the shipping company to start the shipment, then I am not sure. This chip hold has affected many people so you're not alone. I hope you see some movement on it soon!

We received a built email on Feb 27 and a shipped email on Feb 28, with approximate delivery between March 27 and April 2nd.

I emailed our dealership and requested a vehicle visibility report and received a one line report which includes the railcar number. I used the Tracker information on this site and it worked; however, it reports that the vehicle was released by customer in Sterling Heights Michigan on August 10th . . . . . so, something is not right.

Maybe it has not been updated to include current information on MY Maverick. I just tried again, and the same information comes from the recorded message. Maybe it is too early to Track on CSX, or maybe we are still in the waiting game.

(Nothing ever showed up on the PCM modules so I don't know if that is an issue or not on our AWD Ecoboost XLT.)

Not in the same build group, but throwing my timeline out there. I went into production on 1-3 and didn’t get built until 2-16. Then it took until 2-28 until it shipped. For some reason some people get built quick and some don’t. Mine is a hybrid non lux xlt
