I have the 4K, but even with a hybrid I personally wouldn't worry about this trailer solely due to frontal area limit. I suppose I'm a bit biased since I am surely exceeding that metric with my current trailer. But it's a pretty loose guideline and probably more of a concern if you're really pushing the envelope on other metrics such as weight.I’m presuming the frontal area has something to do with the amount of drag created by the object being towed? If so, I’ll be towing a teardrop camper. The roof will stick up maybe 2 or 3 inches above the Maverick. I’m guessing that will still work the 20sf frontal limit.
