This happened with my original email entry. Fixed and got my 1st 45 day email. Will get the next 45 day one Friday sadly.Yes, if you have a customer order then every 45 days or so you will receive an email that tells you there is nothing to tell you.
It is keyed off the original order email address used to send the order confirmation email. If you never received one of those the most likely reason is your dealer incorrectly entered your email address on the original order. Check with the dealer and fix it.

My order was processed correctly on the 16th, I only realized several days later that my Ford account had the email communication setting set to "no." Once I made the change, original confirmation email came later that evening and my first "unfortunately" email exactly 45 days later.
