3rd Brake Light Antenna Mount

I'm looking to add an antenna mount to my Maverick and found this one from Larsen Electronics. It's compatible with the F-150 and Ranger, which as I understand uses the same 3rd brake light as the Maverick.

Would you think it would work on the Maverick just the same? I reached out to the manufacturer and haven't heard back yet.

Also, I'll have a white truck, any opinions on choosing white, black, or grey if I get this?

Well it should work, the Mav shares the same light as the F150.

Larson has one specifically for the Maverick: VMP-AM-V3-FMRK-2023-LED

Also a one hole version: VMP-AM-V4-FMRK-2023-LED

How are the antenna cables routed to the base of the antenna? Anyone have a photo or video of the Larson unit showing the cables.

I have e-mailed Larson several times, followed up with phone calls, they have not answered. Their instructions say "route the cable through the bottom side of the gasket". Seems to me if you do that, the cables would then route over the outside of the brake light to the antenna base. Quite confusing, please advise.
