is that the oem cab spoiler made by air design?

also, school me on the light: seems to me I recall that the process involves having to mess with the wiring inside the cab as opposed to simply removing the factory light, unplugging it & replacing it with the morimoto....if this is the case, how much of a hassle was it getting up under hte head liner to get to the wiring?
For you and anyone else looking at the morimoto take a look at my comment here. Skip the headliner drop. Break/destroy the push in plugs from behind the oem light.

Brixil, I tried what you did. I was able to push the black trees out of their holes from the hole for the light, but still could not reach the plug. I pushed down the white trees, they are the ones that holds the headliner to the roof.
Then I pulled the headliner down just enough to unplug the harness and plug in the new. Really wasn't too bad, but the edge of the headliner is sharp.
Plus I could then push the black plugs back up in their spots, maybe eliminating a future rattle??
Either way, I think the light is well worth the install issues.:like:
