Some interesting catches. This thing looks low. You see it next next to an expedition and the roof is basically at beltline level. AI claims the beltline of a expedition is 50-55 inches. But I'd say this truck is 60 inches tall at best. So at least 7-8 inches lower than a mav. To but it into comparison, a mustang is 55 inches. So this thing, iff it's 60 or so inches tall, is closer to a mustang in height than a maverick. I personally like that because it makes it feel like a ute, and differentiates it from the maverick.
Other details, the bed looks short. But I think that's because that's a recessed areo trim piece on the back of the cab that extends over the sides and top of the cab for better aero, but is recessed on the inside so you get more bed space. You can see in some of the photos the back of the roof seems to angle in and the rear window looks slightly recessed. So the bed might be longer than how it looks from the side.
The hood is shorter and drops down more than a maverick. So it'll be more aero efficient, but also easier to see out of. I've marked with a red line in one of the images where I believe the top of the front fascia is, and it angles up from there.
Overall, I like it. A sporty, affordable EV ute with a bed pass through and a lot of interior space is a fun idea imo, and it has its own identity rather than just being a maverick, but electric. Let me know if you spot any fun details I didn't.
