3/7 build week question

New email from Ford this morning that my Maverick shipped and is expected April 11-17.

My sons Maverick was supposed to arrive Dec 29-Jan 3 and it showed up at the dealer on Dec 22 a whole week early. Looking forward to it but not like when we needed his Maverick. He was driving almost 80 miles a day to tech school and we really needed the hybrid. I was too late to order another hybrid and ordered an ecoboost. Maybe when the Maverick gets the plug in drivetrain I will order one of those and trade or sell the ecoboost.

Gosh darn it. I wonder what's taking them so long to build mine. It's a different kind of jealous feeling seeing others with your same build and build week get theirs. Still stuck in "in production" limbo.

Finally!! Got the built email in the wee hours of the night. Estimated delivery April 15 - 21. Getting excited.

Mine was moving along nicely, but has been stuck in Madison, IL since March 30. Rail tracking indicates "bad order," which typically means there's a problem with the rail car. I haven't received any delay notifications yet but won't be surprised if I do. It's supposed to make it to Shelbyville, KY on 4/6, where it will likely wait for a truck, but since it hasn't moved (at least on the tracker) since 3/30, I don't see that happening.

I wish! Still stuck on a rail car in Madison, IL - since March 30. The last rail trace update said 'bad ordered.'

That really blows. I hope they sort everything out for you soon. On Monday, Ford chat was able to tell me my truck last made it to Colton, CA which is in southern California. Hopefully it's making its way up to Sacramento.

Well, I'm glad you got the railcar # but hate it isn't moving for you. Is it waiting to be picked up by truck? Hope it gets moving soon.

Finally, this afternoon my railcar got released from bad ordered status, so it should start making progress again soon. It's back to having normal tracing updates, so I'm not as concerned about it now.

It's weird. I got new window sticker generated today. When I call Union Pacific, the automated system says the railcar is empty. Guess I'll hurry up and wait some more. I'm glad yours is on the move again. Excitement must be thru the roof.
