I got the email as well. I'm a 2022 (non-VIN) rollover order. Hybrid XLT with Lux & CP-360. I've added an event to my calendar every 45 days as a "Disappointment Email", so I can be emotionally prepared for it.

This same topic was already posted last week, but, yes, I too got a second email from Ford. It didn't surprise me. I originally ordered a '22 hybrid XLT on 15 Oct 21. Got those same delay emails with it. Got the going into production email, then seven pushbacks, and finally a cancellation and option to rollover to a '23 w/o changes. This same pattern seems to be playing out again. I ordered a '23 hybrid Lariat w/lux, BAP and both CP's on 15 Sept. The dealer I ordered from told me right away that I ordered a Maverick with too many constraints, and he was right, and that was proven by the two "I'm sorry, boo hoo" emails I got from Ford. It doesn't matter though.
Back to my original order, In my mind, I gave Ford 90 days to at least get mine into production. Nothing, so on 15 Jan I decided to start looking for a hybrid Maverick as far away as I was willing to travel. I found an XL hybrid on 27 January in Gastonia, NC, flew up there, bought it, and drove home 546 miles. On 31 March, a local Ford dealer got a hybrid XLT w/lux in that a customer canceled. I traded in the XL. Then, after I ordered and was told by the dealer that my order had too many constraints and had a 0% chance of going into production, So on 15 Oct, I decided to look for a hybrid Lariat w/CP and the lux pkgs. I found one on 25 Oct in Tampa, I negotiated a fair deal with trading in the XLT over the phone, took care of financing, drove to Tampa, closed the deal, and drove home 450 miles. I'm done looking and done buying.

Ya i got a 22 in october cxd irder by a customer xlt hybrid lux pkg .cyber metallic orange .i added a few accessories but if or when my 23 xlt EB comes in will maybe trade it in.

Same...Lariat Lux Hybrid so I'm guessing maybe May-July.

I got my second email yesterday as well. XL Hybrid,Copilot 360, hitch. It is exactly what I want and knew I might have to wait a long time to get it.
