22 Hybrid XL - P237 Heat exchanger Code Round Two ???

Check engine light is back on at 35k for P237 heat exchanger issue.
Happened at 10k and had the exhaust replaced under warranty.

Truck goes to the dealer monday but anyone else on a second time for the heat exchanger issue ?

I have an Extended warranty but with the factory warranty going out soon is this going to be a common issue ?

Makes me nervous
Anyone else dealing with this ?

I only have had it once and it was just done at 33,172 miles, 30 days ago. sitting 2,000 miles later and it appeared to solve my issue. Hope it isn't reoccurring though.

What did the dealer say when you took it in on 4/1?

Said they hadnt seen this issue yet
Didnt give me a ton of info
I guess we ll see but not reassuring with this issue

Was there any other issue besides the code? Was it leaking at all, either time?
