I just received a recall notice from Ford about passenger airbag disabled indicator (PADI).
Has anyone received any recalls for their MY25?
Build date was Feb 13, 2025.
I was hoping to avoid recalls all together after waiting for three years of production...

I received a written notice last week. 2025 XLT Hybrid ordered 9/11/24. Today, I have an email to schedule computer updates.

I've got a '25 LOBO built about the same time as your Mav and have received a letter for the "air bag light" recall.
I'm going to wait till I take it in for first service. The light is still working. I'm wondering if some people thought is was a switch and tried to push it.
In the mean time, as long as it still works, I'll wait till the first service.

As far as recalls go. This is pretty minor and can just be thrown in when you have time or the truck is already there.

That's good to hear. I feel for all the folks that were dealing with CV joint issues and the slew of other issues from previous years .

I'll bet that's it - and discovered it pops out too easily.

I've had a few passengers reach for the light on the pre-25MY location and thought it was button I had disabled for not having a passenger and they wanted it on, since right in front of them.

Same as almost pressing the overhead humidity "button" too hard.

Yes. Ford wants to clip the light that tells if the passenger airbag is active. On some it wasn't fastened tight enough. Fords mobile tech team came out and did it at my house today in about a minute.
