Hi Everyone,
I just traded in my '22 XL for a '25 a couple weeks ago and I'm enjoying having the AWD (despite the worse mileage).
I have run into an issue though. My truck seems to have trouble staying connected to the network and isn't sending updates. So that means its location isn't updating on my app and I don't have access to remote start or lock/unlock. Then the day before yesterday, I went out and the battery was completely dead (had to jump it). I'm not sure if the two are related or not.
The funny thing is, I'm aware of the deep sleep issue with the 12V for earlier model years (it meant I couldn't rely on the app for my '22 either) and I'm wondering if it could be something similar, but I never got any deep sleep warnings on my app. And on my 22, it took a year to become an issue. I've only had the '25 for 2 weeks....
I'll probably bring it to the dealer for this, but I'm just wondering if anyone else is having any issues?
