2024 XL order question

Guys I'm scared to ask this but is there any hope my 24 MY Maverick XL with Ecoboost will get made? I really preferred the look of the 24 and cactus grey so I put an order in the same day the 25's were announced. My dealer just said I may get lucky. Does anyone know anything more? Thanks for any insight

If they are still building 2024 models you may get lucky ! Just my opinion from what i read they are making 2024 til first of November

That's what I'm seeing as well. But I'm also seeing other things that say they are at exhausted capacity for XL models. Honestly trying to get an idea of it just gets more and more confusing.

Even without looking at numbers I would have guessed XL production is exhausted. However, all along Ford has done things that kind of go against the numbers. I guess you could look at it like weather forecast. We have lots of data and that data points to certain things happening but there is always a chance it turns out surprising. The ways allocations line up with constraints always throw a higher level of variability into it.

So I think you know deep down you don't have a great chance of getting it, but as we all do, you're pouring over numbers and reaching out here in the hopes someone will settle the uncertainty. Trust your gut.

Orders are generally scheduled for production about a month in advance. So you'll know in a few weeks. If you don't get an email with a build date by early September, it's not happening.
