2024 hybrid only need post ty

Has anyone ordered a new hybrid Mav in August and received a build date (not re-order from 2023 rollover)
I ordered Hybrid lariat on 8/28/2023 only upgraded wheels, no word yet Ford has acknowledged order, dealer gave me a priority code of 19 I’m in south Florida ordered thru Mullinax … thanks in advance for your posts !!

I ordered a Lariat Hybrid on August 1 - Crickets. Given forum advice, I found the largest dealer in Texas and ordered another one knowing that they have a large allocation from Ford (over 150). I am looking at my order form now.

It was scheduled in just 17 days from my order, with priority code 19. The same specifications. The difference is the dealer with high allocations gets taken care of. My original order is still out there and that dealer said “we hope you won’t take it because we will be able to “mark it up”. Go figure.

Ordering in August, you have a lot of hybrids lined up in front of you. If you ordered an XL, get ready to wait.

Also, you'll have better luck digging through the ordering forum here. I'm guessing a few have been scheduled already.

Check with your dealer - if they did the COVP properly and used your email address, you should've received and email that day or within a few days. If not, they used their email to get your notifications and you'll only be able to hear from them.

I ordered a hybrid Lariat the day banks opened in July, built 12/19/23, and its halfway across the Midwest right now on the train. So if you can get your priority bumped up within your dealer, you could potentially get scheduled soon (really depends on how many are in line ahead of you at your specific dealer).

An e-mail I received from Ford in November had order number and VIN, sceduled for 2nd week in Feb. Nothing since then.

In the thread title, what the cornbread is "post ty"?

Ah, misinterpreted not hearing from Ford as no email. Not much to do but wait unless you want to bug your dealer for a better priority unfortunately.

Also ordered from a mullinax in south florida. I’ve gotten an email every 45 days from ford directly, but no build date given. Had a friend working at the mullinax and was told there’s 130 orders ahead of mine.

Scheduled to arrive at dealership between the 13th and 18th of January, it arrived in Jacksonville Fl yesterday morning. Now witing for it to be loaded on Hauler to come back north 70 miles to dearlship in Brunswick Ga.

Interesting. I ordered a 2024 hybrid XLT with luxury package on September 9. It is now built and awaiting shipping. Feels like things are moving along pretty well, as my expectation was more than 6 months!

I ordered 2, both on the west coast of Florida. The one I ordered in September of 22, rolled over in July 23 and is scheduled to be built in February 24. The other I ordered in July of 23 is built and ready to be shipped. Both XL hybrid.

COVP isn't connected with the customer getting the emails.

In order for the customer to get the email updates from Ford, the dealer has to enter the customer email in WBDO.
Some may forget to do so. Or not want to do so.

Yep, the dealer may not have input the email or mistyped the email into the system.

Truth be told, August isn't that long ago....many of us waited a LOT longer for our trucks. My early Nov '21 order took 18 months to arrive (04/29/23). Keep in mind the '24 Lariat now includes all the bells & whistles as standard, so there's a lot higher chance of supply issues. - Probably why my '23 Lariat with CP360/Assist, Lux, SIBL, Remote Start, etc (equipped like a '24 now comes standard) took 18 months.

Love the truck, my first truck and my first hybrid.
