Just spoke with the sales manager at a local Ford dealer and was told dealerships should have received their 2024 Maverick allocations last week. He said Ford is trying to do a better job of communicating with dealerships to avoid the ordering issues of the last two years.
This dealership is getting 60 with a split of 20% hybrid, 50% XLT and 30% Lariat. (Ford only intends to build 37% with Hybrid engines). He said their allocation is not nearly enough to fill their Hybrid roll over and pre-orders but will be enough to fill all XLT orders. He said the best opportunity to have your Maverick built in a timely fashion (as they have plenty of allocations for this configuration) is to order an XLT, with NO Black appearance, NO Tremor, NO FX-4, NO 4K tow, and highly recommend NO HYBRID as a Hybrid ordered right now is a minimum of a year out.
This applies to just this dealership, but you may be able to contact yours to get a better of idea of whether their allocation is enough to cover the rollover and pre-orders they will be processing on the 17th.
