2023 Maverick timeline?

Anyone know when ‘23 ordering will open up, and when you could expect 23s to begin arriving.

Ordering opens August 16th and the builds will start in October. They should start arriving late November or early December if ever thing goes right.

This is accurate based on the current information available but it is subject to change, especially if any 2022 models that are unbuilt get rolled into 2023 MY. I plan on being at my dealer on August 16th to order a hybrid and plan on an extended wait time.

23's may have a big big production problem. I was talking yesterday to my sales gal and she said "I have a TON of people waiting to order". Maybe the plant in Mexico can step up production if Ford can get enough parts made by September? I really would prefer a 3K trailer rating hybrid if possible.

Not just that, but some existing orders for '22 Mavericks got pushed to '23. That's going to require an even shorter ordering window for those of us who didn't get in before '22 closed.

All I want is a black XL with the 4k package and the electrical socket in the back. That's it.

Hopefully having a 22 roll into a 23 will place it in front of the 23 orders. So you are after an eco boost XL AWD 4K?

That was my point. They're going to be filling some of their '22 orders with '23s, and that means fewer '23s for the rest of us.

I don't think they are rolling any orders. If you don't get a 22, you have to reorder.

23 will be MORE of a cluster than 22.

First you have the 22s that are getting rolled into 23s that are at the front of the line (not considering other constraints).

By August 16th when the 23 order bank opens there will be a HUGE LINE of people ready to place their order. Those that missed the 22 order window (Nov for Hybrids and Jan for 2.0) plus ALL the people who will want a Maverick after seeing them on the roads this summer. Then those that was to save gas if the prices climb like the rumors suggest.
