It's bad enough the AC compressor control circuit pops, (P06A0) so now I have to drive with no AC because $$$

But going to put the driver side window up and the switch/button disintegrates.. How in the f? I'm sure I have to buy the entire module.

Now I got EVAP codes popping up right at 50k miles. I like this thing, but come on.

That’s why I waited for the 2024’s
1st runs are often glitchy,
My 2021 BS had four recalls and the RDU failed at 37,000
I bought the Bronco sport because I needed a vehicle right then and the Mavericks weren’t out yet.

Sorry to hear about issues on your 2022 XLT. I have the same model and it approaches 50k miles. So far no issue (kow) except the rattle noise in the dash on rough road.

Share your frustration as my 22 (45k miles)Lariat will draw blood if your not careful because of the chrome plating is peeling. It was a gradual curl on that chrome and one day it popped up like a little switch blade that was razor sharp. Interested on how your your repair goes, good luck.

I just saw a headline a few days ago that I think was for a GM product, but not sure, that was recalled because of the hazards of peeling interior chrome. I had the problem on my Jeep cup holder trim and it really was razor sharp.

The switch is easy to change out and about $60 on eBay.

The AC issue might be a wiring issue or sensor issue. Perhaps it's not expensive too.

Wow! That takes a lot of force to break a toggle button in half. That's pretty extreme abuse, not a Ford quality issue.
Have you had the A/C problem analyzed? That could be anything from a fuse to a rock hit.
