Called three times for paperwork cost trDe values sent to me finally offered 1/3 of trade value I talked to my wife we have been looking at Toyota and decided we have had enough we will go tomorrow and pick up the new Toyota...I have purchased fords since 1960 and went through the 64 mustang deal but then I thought ford had some feeling for customers...don’t feel that way anymore....between the dealers and fords attitude we have to move on
