Just me and the 2 dogs in the Mav. Computer gave 42.5 MPG; hand calc was 41.2 MPG with 91 octane. Elev in Mesa is about 1350 & Heber is about 6500. Temp was 45 when I left, 31 in Forrest Lakes (elev ~7500) with Sleet & rain. Heber got about 2 inches of snow which was mostly melted when I left. The adaptive cruse control was disabled when sleet blocked the sensor. When that happened there was a warning and the cruse was turned off. Stopped in Payson & cleaned the sensor; solved the issue. Used the heat and steering wheel heat for about 30 min, and heated seat for about 2 hrs. Generally kept my speed at 5 MPH over posted (50 to 70 MPH most of the time). About 95% was highway driving. For steep grades I reduced my speed to keep % of power less than 40. The shell did not affect driving nor the MPG very much. Overall I was very happy with the Mavs performance with the higher ARE shell.
