110 outlets and subwoofer not working after recall

I have a 2022 Maverick lariat 2.0 eco FWD. bought with 8k miles, now has 32k. Back in Oct of 24 I took it to the dealer for an oil change. While they had it, they did a recall/update without asking first. The 110 outlets stopped working. Went a few rounds with them about fixing it. No luck. Ended up paying to have them fixed. Feb of 25 had to have another recall/update done. Now the factory subwoofer and the 110 outlets quit. Same B.S. from the dealer again. Does anyone have any advice?

I wouldn't have went back to that dealer a second time for sure. Find a better one.

Yeah, I know. I was hoping it wouldn’t happen a second time. Shame on me. I’m filing a formal complaint tomorrow.

Look in the user manual for what fuses it's linked to, maybe the fuse is bad, or needs to be reset?

According to the manual, you may want to check it out and verify fuses

UNDER HOOD FUSE BOX
Fuse # 24 & 41 20 A Amplifier.
Fuse # 84 20 A Pick-up box power point.
Fuse # 85 60 A Power inverter.
