Here is the livestream that I discuss the process to change a priority 2, it will start at the right spot.

It is very easy to do and Ford wants customers and dealers to make changes to help get them scheduled. Here is the pic you need to pass onto the dealer. Good Luck!

I appreciate the reply, but my dealership said it would reset my position in queue doing so...any truth to that?

June 19th order but I do have a May 9th schedule to be built. Not sure if it will happen. I hope so but that will mean I won’t get my truck till most likely middle of June. So your unfortunately not alone. Kinda upsetting to see orders placed well after ours already delivered.
Yeah, tempting to get one of those cancellations but the markup is a killer. I got a note from a local dealer selling a Lairet with a few options for $53K.

Why people choose not to do these items post delivery is beyond me. If youre smart enough to research what things are holding up builds youre smart enough to know that whether its through your dealer or aftermarket… these are some of the easiest things to have done later.
Some of us dont want the burden of going all over to get things done. Others look to finance these options rather paying more money out of pocket. I think the situations vary from person to person. Why do I not remove them? I choose not to remove them simply because I didnt want to struggle to find all the places to do the customizations. I would have ordered the base model XLT. I live in rural country and these places arent on every block.

It sucks, but getting exactly what you want at the right price seems like a good reason to wait for me!

Youd rather not have a truck, than to have a truck that requires a small amount of effort to ‘customize’? I also live in a rural area. Its not as rocket sciency as you describe lol you find a reputable website, click the order button, and wallah, it shows up at your door lol were talking about a tonneau cover and a bed liner. if you dont have the money for purchases like that you probably shouldn’t be investing 30k into a new vehicle. But hey, each to their own. I just dont think you can complain about not having a truck yet… when you were told exactly which features would cause this to happen, and for whatever reason, you purposely left them in your build 🤷‍♂️

Yeah, let's belittle people waiting a year for something a business offered even though that business has been building vehicles since 1903. Yeah, we're the problem here. Jfc.

So I'm to hope that an aftermarket bed liner business isn't going to get any over spray, scratch, dent or damage to/on my brand new truck. Then hope that another business can properly place CPF without damaging, scratching or ruining the clear coat. Then again send the truck out for a receiver...again.... hoping they don't damage the new truck...all that being said probably pay MORE than the factory application without a QA inspection before shipping, then lose my time going/scheduling all of these aftermarket items....OR order the truck I wanted with the expectancy of a timely manner because they offered the products....makes sense, not.
Why are you acting like these things are hard to apply 😂 look. If you want to not have a truck, because you dont trust someone outside of the ford company to touch your truck, then thats your baby. But i’ma be honest. If you think its hard to apply a ceramic spray, or a bed liner, or install a tonneau… then i dunno why i’m responding to you lol you can even have your beloved ford employees install your stuff afterwards… with whatever QA inspection your referring to that for some reason you think is better than an auto shop that would install things aftermarket lol there’s no excuse to not drop a bed liner, tonneau, or ceramic coat from your build to get your truck faster. ford told everyone the constraint items. And the % for each. This is a you problem my friend 🤷‍♂️

June 24th order. Hybrid XLT Lux 360. I got a text from my dealer on April 1 saying I finally had a VIN, but you know... April 1.
I received an email from Ford last Friday saying I was scheduled for production the week of May 23. If that turns out to be accurate, I imagine it will take another 6 weeks or so for delivery. So, it will be over a year from the order to driving it off the lot.
June 21 order, XLT Lux, same build week, 23 May... I added just before they eliminated the SIBL for the Lux package., Glad I did, I don't want the drop in...

I dont have a problem dropping money on large purchases. I have a problem buying shit that I wanted with everything that you now say I cant have. My vehicle is in working fashion and paid in full and only has 30k in miles on it. I am not in any rush to have this truck as my vehicle runs just fine. I dont see why Fords shit planning and over selling is supposed to be my problem. I am going to sell tickets to a baseball game and when I run out of tickets I am going to ask that you give up your luxury seat and please downgrade to standing room only outside the stadium. We will still serve beer and you will have a tv to watch the game. If not you may not get to watch the game. You can buy your own bleacher and make it as nice as you would like in the standing room area. Let me know what you decide.
Doesnt sound like a fair trade to me, but apparently it is because I dont make as much as you do.

It’s Cinco De Mayo and the truck is being built in Mexico. I don’t know if that’s a good thing or bad thing?
