1000 km club?

I am doing full hood, full fenders, full bumper, headlamps, a pillar and roof strip. For the rest of the truck I will do ceramic coating.

I wanted to wrap the entire truck in matte ppf, but that is getting a little $$$

Yeah i would have liked to do full ppf but its just wayyyy too expensive to be worth while on a maverick.

A few areas with PPF + ceramic will hopefully be good enough lol.

Windshield from the dealership said it could cost $2K.

not sure I understand your dealer comment? It’s all about who is doing the install versus the venue imo.

anyways - I am in the powersports/auto industry and have connections, so my price is not market price

When I picked my vehicle I think they quoted $1000 - $1500 for just the leading edges and front bumper. The other dealership wanted $1900+ lol.

My truck has 2996km's and I am enjoying it! I can't wait to get the snow tires off and wash and wax the truck.(I have only been rinsing it off at car wash to control salt) Has anyone noticed the little sounds that the truck makes after you shut it off and lock it? It sounds like gremlins running around inside the box! I noticed it today while sitting in the sun having a beer. I am assuming it's normal but definitely another different thing for a first time hybrid owner. Other than that so far so good on the operation of the truck.

Side door plastic trim 400.. rear plastic panel 425... stainless steel letters 99 fender flares 650 mud flaps gater 299 rear 299 front. That's insane for trim peices and mud flaps. That's what they're chargeing and it's what the company's that make the parts are chargeing they want to pay off that mold quick. It's 5035 after tax in bc for the canopy so... not cheap

Well past the 1000km mark (5731kms) and did my first cross province road trip. Total of 6.2 L/100km while driving over five mountain passes and 771kms across southern BC is pretty amazing. Got gas in Abbotsford and still had kms left when I got to Cranbrook. Used Eco mode and fell in love with the auto-high beam feature (city driving it never kicked in). I'm really curious to see what I get heading back.

Just over 1000km (around 1100 now) this past weekend. Averaging 5.1L/100Km, best trip was 4.1L/100km, 30 minute drive, not creaping in heavy traffic. Likely would have hit 900+km on the first tank, but had some highway driving with 1/4 tank left so that didn't happen. Hoping to hit close to 1000km on this tank, shouldn't have any major highway trips this time around.
