Oh weird, that dealership is right down the street from me. Small world. Too bad it's 10k more than the XLT I have on order. I would have grabbed that in a heart beat if it were cheaper.

A few dealerships in my area are listing XL Hybrids, with over 20,000km for that much. They also have a Loaded Lariat EB for $48k.
