10/6/22 Scheduling Canceled

@fordvideoguy do all Maverick orders that they are looking to schedule get changed to Priority 2? Then if for some reason they cannot build them they stay in that status.

No if they get scheduled it will stay priority 10. The way they put orders into priority 2 last year probably won't be handled that way this year. That was done by the region and that job doesn't exist anymore. All scheduling and allocations are done at the national level. I guess we will see.

Does the mean if I have a vin number and a build date of 10/10/22, that will not happen?

This has to do with scheduling not production. They are not scheduling FOR production this week. They are still producing vehicles that were scheduled previously.

we got a taste of the cold weather this past week... a large part of me in excited to leave but the other part is worried that im not gonna have space at home for all the parts ill be ordering while i wait

But on the bright side, you will be in Hawaii for 6 months instead of cold and rainy/snowy Lehigh Valley, PA.

first time going out west also.. super excited to get away.. next week drops back down to the 50s.. not happy about that

LOL, My though exactly.. im now 10/17 for build date, waiting to see November then December, Figure i will get truck in 2023 with 2022 vin. lol

2022 lol whoops. Im not entirely worried about transportation or getting around for 5 weeks. if my buddy has my XJ done by then ill be scooting around on 2 wheels.. if not, ill borrow a family members car if anything. I just hope being lightly optioned and at a decently high volumed dealership for the area, itll help my case.. im also on priority 10 ordered as a dealer employee so lets hope Ford caters to their people.

Mines been sitting at the KCMO railyard for two weeks now. I assume waiting to be loaded onto a truck for the final 175 mile journey to my dealer.

We hear there were 86,000 orders submitted for 2023's before they closed the Order Bank. We're not even sure if this also includes unfullfilled 2022 orders that have rolled over. How can they even hope to meet demand if they can't keep the assembly line rolling full-tilt non-stop?
