Don't most RC cars use 9V batteries, maybe I'm out of touch it's been 20 years since I've look at that stuff.

My Mini-T is modified with a 11.1v lithium battery with a helicopter motor.

that's cool. is this manufacturer pretty solid? my only foray into RC cars is a traxxas I bought a few years back. it's pretty fun and I've mostly only broken stuff through my own negligence.

Most today are lipo 7.4 volts
