When I originally tried the module tracking thing after my truck showed in production it said invalid VIN. Now it shows me this:

So I'm guessing nothing has really happened yet but will shortly?

Now comes the exciting wait lol. You'll eventually see a ton of modules listed on that page. You don't need to download anything they'll just show up. I was checking several times a day and then the other night I checked around 4am and there they were. Big guess here, but I think they pop before the truck is sent out for the spray in bedliner because mine is still in prod but the date has been updated. Doesn't yet show as built but I expect it to either today or tomorrow. Good luck.

The link in the tracker page will work if you edit it before launching. Oh and if you are in production.

Big error I have been making the last couple of weeks: I forgot to the = sign in the address bar. Embarrassing.

Hi Kevin,

I created an account through BNSF website as a customer. Once your registration is approved, you can log-in with your account on the customer portal and enter your VIN or rail number and do a search.

how can you create an account if you dont actually have a company? even the customer registration asks for a company name

I called the applicable rail provider every few days and an automated message gave me the location of my rail car.

Good luck with your build. My Azure Gray Hybrid is still on schedule for next week. I am wondering what the issue is, as I am sure you are. Your dealer may be able to get more info

Not sure what to expect, I got emails from Ford on my order, original build date etc, but not one for the change. Seems after reading through the forums the emails from Ford are spotty at best.
